Conchita – Hair Concepc is a little wordplay on Conchita’s full multigenerational name, Concepcion – honoring the name behind the vision.  Conchita has been a hairstylist for over 40 years and holds many certifications for cutting and coloring hair. She was born in Belize and when she was 6 years old, her family of 8 packed up with hope of a bright future and moved to the United States. Conchita grew up in New York where she went to hair school and became a licensed Stylist. She worked there for 3 years before moving to Florida where she had an amazing 25-year career with countless loyal clients and experience is owning a Salon. She moved to Texas in 2014 and has built a very successful business and clientele. She has a passion for making people look and feel their best and her work ethic is truly unmatched.

John -  He is the strategic and business mind behind it all. John is as loyal and witty as they come with a heart of gold. John was born and raised in Tennessee. After school he joined the United States Marine Corp and is a Desert Storm Veteran. After serving in the military, he moved to Florida where he met Conchita. He worked in Corporate America for 35 years until retiring at 60. John may be tough and strong, but don’t let him fool you, he is the best girl Dad there is!

John and Conchita have been married for 38 years and have 2 daughters, Kelsie and Jenna. They are ecstatic to start their own family business and look forward to see it flourish, and be passed down for generations to come!
